The STEAM activity this week is coloring, cutting, and folding a Christmas ornament. Why not give it a try at home. The following recipe is great for making and baking ornaments together too!
Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine flour, salt, and water. Mix well and knead for 10 minutes. Roll out on a slightly floured surface. Cut into desired shapes and make a hole for hanging. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool. Decorate with paint and glitter. Use ribbon or yarn to hang on tree.
Due to the Alberta Teachers' Association strike, all classes are cancelled starting Monday, October 6. Do not send students to school or to the bus stop.
